Kyndelle
Organizing and Base-Building Manager
Kyndelle (she/her) is a lifelong Bay Area resident, born and raised in Berkeley, CA. Rooted in the legacy of the Third World Liberation Movement that shaped her hometown, she went on to study International Politics and Spanish at Oberlin College. As an organizer, advocate, and community engagement consultant, Kyndelle has built her practice around facilitation, leadership development, and popular education, supporting neighborhood-led movements working toward democracy, collective ownership, and long-term community stewardship.
Across the Bay Area and beyond, her work has focused on building power for permanently affordable housing, BIPOC-led collective land ownership, and community-driven environmental health initiatives. She has been deeply involved in advancing the Community Land Trust movement in Richmond, CA, and supporting neighborhood reimagination efforts throughout West Contra Costa County. Kyndelle brings a strong commitment to racial and environmental justice, with a focus on cooperative housing, POC-centered co-housing, and regenerative models that center care, sustainability, and shared governance.
In her role as Base Building and Organizing Manager at Feed Black Futures, Kyndelle is excited to deepen her work at the intersection of land, food, and liberation, supporting the growth of regenerative, collectively owned land and food systems that sustain Black communities and futures. Her approach is grounded in relationship-building, political education, and cultivating the conditions for community power to thrive.
Outside of work, Kyndelle is a cat lover, coastal enthusiast, and proud water sign who finds joy in creative expression, community gatherings, and time spent near the ocean.
