My name is Rochelle (She/Her), I was born in San Leandro, CA, and lived in Oakland, CA, for a short time. My mom left Oakland, and I was raised in South Sacramento, where my life began. I always believed in excelling in school, so I worked hard to achieve educational goals.  I graduated from high school in 1991. I received my Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Master of Science in Criminal Justice. Growing up, I always had a robust work ethic, which I learned from my mom to work hard in life. I have many brothers and sisters, and I’m a wife and a mother of two teenagers, a son & daughter whom I love very much. My family is EVERYTHING TO ME! My hobbies consist of walking, bike riding, fishing, tending to my plants and garden, and reading financial, urban, and motivational books.
